- Breach of service agreement by RankRace

- Full refund if audit is not delivered within 48 hours
- Partial refund if audit quality does not meet stated standards
- No refund after audit delivery and acceptance

- Pro-rated refund for unused portion of current month
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients
- Refund available if agreed deliverables are not met
One-Time Projects
- Milestone-based refunds for incomplete work

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Third-party tool subscriptions purchased on your behalf
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
- Services used for more than 60 days
